Hangup Call in Webform

Hi,

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642


Default Install. No Special software or customization

I am using a web form to deal customized campaign fields and functionality. I want to Hangup call on web form. Is there any way to Hangup and assign call result code from web form?

Default install is not helpful if you do not list your installation method ... (name of .iso with version, and/or link to the installation instructions if you installed from something other than Vicibox or GoAutoDial ...)

documentation for vicidial is in the Vicidial Manager's Manual, I am pretty sure the Agent API is covered in it. Yes, the Agent API is capable of terminating a call (among many other things) and dispositioning it.

You can also check /usr/src/astguiclient/VERSION/docs and look for the agent api technical resource there. (Probably, depending on your installation method ... )

You can found a sample of the api in vicidial/remote_dispo.php in your server
