Hey Matt, or anybody else ..

I'm working on a site and the guy was using PoSdial and one of the things he liked about PoSdial is when he's monitoring
agents he can just click a link that says listen instead of typing in the conference room number in.

Also there is a ding when he joins in so others know when he's monitoring ..

What php script can I edit to make the monitor link in vici 2.4 (go auto dial 2.1CE) be listen instead of it printing just the extension to type?

Also what part of the dialplan to edit so a monitor doesn't make a ding when they go in?

just read the manual. it's already built into Vicidial 2.4. Monitoring is initiated from the real time screen by using the options button at the top and the ability to monitor silently is built in as well.

Always remember to post your Vicidial Version with Build (2.4 is not the full version, and the build is missing entirely!). It makes a difference, especially if you are discussing options that changed during the major revision you are discussing.

Or install 2.6 trunk by using Vicibox instead of GoAutoDial. then you really get new toys.
