callmenu press one or press 2 is not working

Hi all

i have installed Goautodial With Digium 1 port PRI cards I can make out going calls am getting incomming also
Now my issue is i have created the Callmenu for my IVR 4 leavel Press1 for sales , 2 booking verfication.3billing 4 support and i have upload the welcome ivr file in callmenu and when am calling the DID am getting the IVR welcome msg its playing but if i pressed 1 or 2 silent then repeating the welcome menu then i have change reapeating Menu Repeat =0 , Menu timeout = 4 ,then also press 1 or press 2 not working after that its automatically connecting to the Sales ingroup

i have created (Press)option=1 for sales Campaign Inbound

post a asterisk cli outputs

try by entering relaxdtmf=yes in chan_dahdi.conf

thank you i followed your steps now its working press 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 all working


Press 5 i have configured 105,106,107
if 105 exten busy
any new customer pressing 5 how to reach 106 or 107 ???
