goautodial ringing call transfered

Hi
my setup is based on
Goautodial 2.1
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici

i m newbie to vici, i have one issue and i can not find solution to this one, dialler is dialling numbers and as soon as it start ringing the call is transfers call to agent, is there any way I can change this to transfer the call to first available agent after the call is answered not when it is ringing?
Any help is much appreciated.

What kind of outbound trunk are you using (E1/T1, PSTN, VoIP and etc)?
