GoAutoDial Cloud service

Hi all. I'm not sure I'm in the right forum so if not please point me in the right direction.
I am currently trialling the Cloud offering from GoAutoDial as an alternative to the standalone installation we have here.
I've setup an account, added some credit via PayPal to the account, created an agent, created a campaign, loaded some leads.
My trouble is that I can't get me softphone to register with the service. I've tried Zoiper (which we currently use on our standalone system) and I've tried x-lite. Niether of them will register, but stay in the "registering" stage.
My zoiper settings are:
Domain - sip-phx1.goautodial.com
Username - 572616002
Password - ******
Caller ID Name - I've left this blank
Under SIP options I'm using port 5060??
Can any one offer any suggestions?

Sorted it thanks. With a Google search I found out that for a Europe hosted account the Domain is "eu.cloud.goautodial.com" even though in the Admin console of my cloud account it says otherwise.
As a side issue I have to say that the cloud service is abysmal. Support for it is abysmal. There is no helpful documentation on using it. I am so wishing I didn't sign up to trial the cloud service, it's abysmal.
For instance, regardless of the number of leads I load when creating a new campaign, it reports 3999 leads loaded and 500 in the hopper, even if there are only 100 leads in the Excel spreadsheet.
Another for instance, if creating a new list with a coutry code of 44, it always sets to country code 1, thus not dialling numbers correctly.
I need a different product, any suggestions?

A little site exploration goes a long way. Our cloud platform is a D-I-Y (do-it-yourself) cloud service. Self-study documents and videos are available on the website (
http://justgocloud.com) not to mention technical support via Live chat.
If you need the European cloud just choose Europe in the "Choose locations" drowdown menu in the upper right corner of the website.
Now wasn't that easy?
Looks like you're softphone is trying to register in the incorrect location. Since you mentioned you're using the European cloud then you should be using the European settings available in your account.
Please go over the available tutorials. If you still need help, technical support is available 24/6.

@Williamconley: Stay out of the cloud? Huh?! Everything is in the cloud today. Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Vicidial (whether LAN based or internet based), and gazillions more. Millions and millions of people everyday uses cloud based services/applications.
P.S.
We have around 700 active agents dialing on our cloud platform and still growing.

Marvelous for you. But I've not had a client discuss how cool the cloud service is yet. Sorry, but I am having a bit of a "belief" issue. Nothing against you, hope your system keeps running smoothly, but I've not heard that result from anyone I can actually identify so far ... Actually, I've not seen any posts that are from users. I guess your 700 agents are all from companies that don't use these forums or my services?

That's actually correct. Majority of our clients don't use the forum. We tried every now and then to get them here but to no avail. Believe me there are tonnes of users out there that don't know that the Vicidial forum exists.

Then of course you understand my skepticism.
Concept: When you say Cloud, are you referring to Amazon virtual servers? (which is what most people consider the cloud ...) or do you refer to servers that are just not at the client site (which is "cloud" to them, because it's not local ...) but those cloud servers could certainly be local physical boxes in your facility. In which case they aren't as "cloudy" as all that. Then there are dedicated servers at colocation facilities and at Amazon ... also not so cloudy as they are physical machines (dedicated ...). And then there are true cloud systems where resources are pooled and applications share functions, etc. Some of these have proprietary methodology (ie: what works on one cloud will not work on another), and some are more universal (such as someone who may create an Ubuntu cloud, those processes could be moved to any other Ubuntu cloud ...).
Combine that "semantic question" with the fact that over 600 people not a single one has ever come to the Vicidial forum (much less turned out to be a prior client of ours to lend an air of Validity ...) and the concept of saying that a cloud based Vicidial is fully functional still does not cross my mind.
But that's me.

I'd say let's stick to Wikipedia's cloud description (which is pretty standard):
Cloud computing is the use of computing resources (hardware and software) that are delivered as a service over a network (typically the Internet). The name comes from the use of a cloud-shaped symbol as an abstraction for the complex infrastructure it contains in system diagrams. Cloud computing entrusts remote services with a user's data, software and computation...
Those 600 people are agents. Do you think agents care about the system their using? They don't. It doesn't matter if they're using Vicidial, Aspect, Avaya, Cisco and other systems. What they care about are their SPH, AHT (sales per hour, average handling time) and etc. It's the business owners who care about the system. By the way, the Philippines alone has more than 600,000 agents working in the call center industry.
Try our GoAutoDial cloud platform
http://justgocloud.com. You'll find a fully functional Vicidial/Asterisk cloud based platform.

I didn't say who did or didn't care. Nor did I suggest that there are not very many customers for Vicidial in the Philippines or India or Jamaica or Suriname. I just questioned the "virtualness" of the "cloud" you are using. IE: is it "cloud-based" as in virtual servers/cloud-computing (a la The Amazon Cloud)/shared servers or is it "in the cloud" meaning merely that it's not "local" to the agents.
My statement/question isn't about "agents": it's about Vicidial and those who want to build servers. If your "cloud" is on servers in your colocation facility but you call it "cloud" because it's not in the same office as the agents ... I would conclude that telling people it's "cloud based" is a bit misleading. I'm just curious about the "cloudiness" of your cloud.
So ... is it on dedicated servers in your facility? dedicated in another facility (that you're paying for, such as Amazon or Rackspace)? Or in Virtual servers? Or shared processor / shared application space? (Curiosity ...
)

All of them are running on virtual environment in our data center facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

In "Our Data Center"? So it's "not local to the client" = Cloud (as far as the client knows).
Wait! Maybe it's cloud: Is this an Ubuntu cloud or ...? Well, what brand of "Virtual Environment" are we talkin about here? vSphere? Hyper-V?
