Here is my configuration:
GoAutoDial Standard version (version 2.1 CE)
100 agent setup.
I have an outbound "Press 1" survey created successfully, everything is running fine. However when the consumer presses 1 to get transferred to a call center agent, the number appearing as the inbound number is my DID (the one which I use to do the outbound broadcast), not the consumer's DID. How do I make the consumer's DID appear instead of mine?
Any help would be appreciated.

2) This is the "goautodial" board, which pertains to the goautodial INSTALLER. This installer installs the Vicidial application, which is supported in the "Support" board. So it is generally a good idea to ask "OS related" and "Installer related" questions on the goauto board (here) and to ask questions pertaining to the use/operation/configuration of Vicidial on the Support board.
