Manual Dial Issues
Posted: Tue Jan 01, 2013 1:50 amOnce I make a Manual Dial from the agent screen , My dialer shows No Live Call. Why its so and Is it a Bug and any solution to this ?

You need to enter asterisk -vvvvr or just asterisk -r will do. It will show up CLI and provide you logs/clues on what happened behind the screne when you manual dial.
