Survey campaign dialling unwanted statuses

Hi

I am having an issue on a survey campaign i am running.

I do not want to dial customers again who have been played our message. dial status "PM"

I do not have "PM" set as a dial status under the campaign.

I have also set "PM" to DNC under system statuses to see if that would help.

I am not using any type of lead filtering.

I have repaired the asterisk database and rebooted.

However whenever i look to see what leads are in the hopper i see "PM" statuses ready to be dialled.

I have a few servers running survey campaigns and i am only experiencing this one one server.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

"Cloud server" is not as descriptive as it could be. Is it virtual or physical (there are both in the cloud!). Remember that some vendors will use the word "dedicated" to IMPLY that it's physical, but there are Dedicated Virtual servers (which should be illegal to say, but they do it!).

Are you using Lead Recycling? If so ...now would be a great time to turn it off and forget that it exists. :)

Where are you looking at the hopper? In the DB directly or in the link at the bottom of the campaign?

Just so you understand, "Cloud server" is a very popular description, but does not apply to a dedicated server in a colocation data center. Just because it's not "local" does not make it "cloud". Amazon has a cloud: You can "fire up" a cloud server at the "spend of a dollar" (or click of a link) which actually will allow you access to a server that you had no access to before. It could be physical or virtual (depending on what you pay for). That's cloud. But when you call Bob at the colo and request a new server ... that's just a colocated server. Bob turned it on and "gave you the keys" as it were. Cloud technology is a different thing than "i'm renting a server from Bob" or "I sent my server to Bob to put in his rack".

Not a flame: Just hoping to get some understanding on the topic. LOL (Or perhaps some conversation, if others disagree with me ...). If you're not sure, download and install the Ubuntu Cloud .iso image. Build your own. When you get done with it, you'll have a different vision of the use of the word "Cloud".

Consider changing the listing to "Colocated Dual Xeon Server with RAID" or whatever it is that you have.
