recordings are not stored

Hi Friends

i have problem with recordings. previously all calls are recorded automatically and it got appeared in admin panel of agent status location. now suddenly calls are not recording automatically. and even it is not showing in agent status recording location.

please help me.

1) Welcome back raju, but ... you did not post your installer with its version. While not required, if this turns out to be an installer-based problem you may not like how long it takes to resolve the issue. LOL

2) Is your HD full? Have you checked your settings for recordings to see if they have been altered? What recordings are we talking about? Inbound? Outbound? Per phone?

3) You are using a fairly old version. Consider upgrading after you check your HD to be sure it is not full :) that may actually offer more recording possibilities.

4) You should create a test scenario with no other traffic on your box and watch the asterisk CLI to see if recording is started and/or if there are any "errors" that would explain your problem.
