VERSION: 2.4-309a

Hello Forum,

I am getting this message in /var/log/message. At same time agents complaining they are not able to see Data on Agent screen. Server load is normal. What could be the issue?

Could there be an issue with the hardware?

Seems that httpd is having a segmentation fault. httpd = web server. Since vicidial is 100% web server reliant this is what causes your agent issues. Need to figure out what is happening with apache perhaps in the apache logs? /var/log/httpd/

what exactly do you mean by "minimal 64 bit"? did you install with an odd version of the goautodial .iso? or some other .iso and then attempt to add goautodial to it after?

hi williamconley,

Thanks for prompt response..

I refereed this link for installation http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/64bit

I am using SSD harddisk for mysql database and using 50 Agents with outbound SIP trunk with dial ratio 3. using 8 cores Xeon Processor with 32 GB RAM, No DAHDI hardware. load average is reaching 8.0 to 10.0
Sometimes Agent goes pause mode automatically. Agent configured with External Phone Type. i am suspecting this issue related to apache. Can eaccelarator solve this issue?

Any help would be highly appreciated

So you installed your own OS, and then scratch installed Vicidial using the goautodial instruction set. You'll need to look at the kernel you are using (post it for Gardo!) and match up all your packages and configuration settings to be sure you have not missed anything. Pay particular attention to eAccelerator, it may not be related but it has a tendency to be annoying. LOL

Can you check your log files for other error messages. This might help why Apache/HTTPD segfaults.

Can you check if eAccelerator is installed by default?

rpm -qa | grep eAccelerator
