Um. That's not a "thing". That's using more than one carrier. Which is why there is a carriers page under admin. For multiple carriers.
Are you asking if having more than one carrier is a good idea? If so, yes. Obviously a failsafe (carrier down = change carriers and go back to work), but also for troubleshooting (bad call quality? change carriers and see if it improves!) and pricing (cheap carriers for bulk calls, but manual and 3-way with the expensive, higher quality, carrier)

If you have bad call quality, change providers to test.
If the quality is still bad, reduce yourself to five agents and test for a few minutes again.

There are lots of factors affecting call quality. Can you answer the following questions?
1. How many seats are you running?
2. How many simultaneous calls are you doing?
3. What codec are you using?
4. What's your internet bandwidth (upload and download)?

1- 30 agent
2- 200-300 calls
3- g729 and ulaw alaw.Agents use g729.I install g729 to my goautodial.
4- i'm using 6 modem. 1 connection has 16 mbit internet connection but 1 connect has 600 kb upload 1000 kbit download.8 agent using 1 connection (modem) .1 seat use like 75kbit.But my internet bandwidth not stable.Sometimes down sometimes up.Usually 1 connection has 500-600 kbit.

are the agents on the calls? if so ... then their call quality is in jeopardy by a bad connection. like saying you were going 100 MPH and only got ONE flat tire so your car should be able to still go 75MPH. LOL. It don't work like that. If the call has to go to your agent, and your agent's internet is crappy ... the call will be crappy.

it is really crappy situation
stable connection too much expensive in turkey. 4096 kbit upload 4096 kbit download 1 month = 1000$
