put call direct to agent phone without conference room

Hi, I use vicidial as predictive dialer, before agent can get call he must be in the conferences room. Is there any chance to set vicidial like that agent just logon to agent web client and direct get call to his phone ?

Yes. But this is dependent upon using a recent version of the software. Since you have not listed your version or any other information about your system ... you are the next recipient of the Newbie Suggestions! Congratulations! :)

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

That being said: You seek the "on-hook agent" configuration. It is possible to have the agent log in but NOT initiate the phone call until a prospect arrives. Better yet, if the agent does not answer the phone call soon enough, the call will be passed to the next available agent. Vicidial has all those bases covered. This can even be done with a Remote Agent (no computer interface for the agent) if needed.

vicidial version with build.
this is a requirement. it is in the bottom left corner of most admin screens. note that "Goautodial" (which is merely an installer for Vicidial), may have his logo near "version and build", but goautodial does not have a build ... so that is actually the vicidial version if you see "build".

on-hook phone configuration is in "admin->phones" on each phone. have you read the manual?

also consider upgrading to the latest SVN for your branch or trunk.

I know and I try to do it but it doesn't work, agent still must be in conference room otherwise he can't get call from dialer.

Have you upgraded to the latest Vicidial 2.4 SVN or 2.4 RC2 at the least?
