Inbound call not going through

Hi,

We haven't been using one of our servers for some time and I can't remember the last time it was configured but I know it was working before. Now we tried setting up an inbound DID, placed that DID to an Ingroup and added the Ingroup to a campaign, but when we tried to make a call to an agent the call is not going through. In the softphone it says call established but we can't hear any ring and then eventually it hungs up. This is what the asterisk cli is showing when we try to make a call.

I already checked the sip.conf and extensions.conf to see if we configured something that might have cause the issue but I wasn't able to find anything. I also compared the configuration with our other server which the setup is working fine but I didn't see any difference. Maybe you could tell me what might be causing this so that I will have an idea where and what to look. Thanks.

Peter

I forgot to route the DID to the server I've been trying to fix so I thought that was the cause of the problem. However after changing the route to the correct server the call still doesn't go through. Here's the asterisk output:

The softphone also displays that the call was declined.

I appreciate your opinion about this matter.

You have not shown the call being routed to the server. This is an outbound call. There is no evidence of an inbound call. To be certain, do not call outbound to the number, call with your cell phone and activate sip debugging with this peer:

sip set debug peer acestar

during the inbound call if there is no sip traffic in debug, the DID is not yet routed to this server.

what context you are using in your sip setting and type mode.

post your sip settings used to receive inbound calls.
