Hi, I was wondering if there was a method to have call calls that get a status set as transferred or whatever we choose to be moved to a specific folder?

The purpose is so one of our clients can log in via ftp and only listen to calls we transferred to them.

There is a script to move SALE status calls in /usr/share/astguiclient

This can be modified to push to any FTP server you like. With some modification it could be pushed to another folder ... but it would be easier to turn on FTP and use FTP to transfer it to another folder (even if the FTP server is on the same machine). But remember that Vicidial server HDs fail ... off the server is generally a better solution.

of course, if you want to modify the move script to also modify the filename. unless you meant "attach" to have a meaning other than "modify filename". Since these files don't have "metadata" ...
