SoftPhone Hangups when Agent Clicks on HANG UP in the screen

Installation method: Goautodial 2.1 on CentOS 5.9 minimal 64 Bit.
processor Quad Core Xeon; 32 GB RAM
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

Hello Forum,

I am running this setup with 25 Agents for Inbound only. Suddenly Agents started complaining that they got disconnected meetme session in softphone when they clicking on Hangup Button on Agent Panel.
This issue looks similar to http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... hp?t=20243.

Also I have confirmed that $volumecontrol_active is set to value 1 in goautodial-agent/vicidial.php

any help is greatly appreciated!

i've never bumped into this personally (which is saying something ...), but you could likely upgrade to the lastest vicidial SVN and it would probably sidestep the problem. you would lose the "pretty" agent screen (goautodial is not compatible with the latest version of vicidial ...), but you would also gain a fair number of features. :)

and when you say "suddenly", how long ago? a week? an hour? before or after you modified volumecontrol?
