GoAutoDial 3 "My Call Back"

Hi, I had a request today from an agent saying that they liked it on their campaign when they went to set a "Call Back", that "My Call Back Only" was always set. I have looked all over GoAutoDial 3, and can't seem to find the option to set that.

You just need to check the tickbox "My Callback Only" when dispositioning the call as "Call Back" on the agent UI.

But int he previous version of GoAutoDial. There was an option to have that permanently turned on. Is there a way to do that now? Like I can edit a config file if I have to?

You can use the default Vicidial admin UI for that. The URL is:

http://$IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/admin.php
