How to Apply Filters GoAutoDial 3.0

Is it just me? Or is there a lot of options missing from Go Auto Dial 3.0. In some ways I think that is really cool so that people who are less technical can grasp it easier. However, few things I would like to have. One of which is being able to apply filters to my list. I understand doing filters via sql in my queries and loading lists that way. But sometimes with out having to have a completely different list. Its nice to apply a small list filter. For instance, I get a call and they say we are no longer calling "X" zip codes any longer I can in GoAutoDial 2.1 CE easily apply a filter like Postal_Code Not IN ('92595','92591')etc etc.

I am failing to find this feature in Go Auto Dial 3.0
Am I spamming the server? I am sorry if I mate late to the party to figure this stuff out. Please let me know.

If you need the advance features you can use the default Vicidial admin UI. The URL is:
