Hello
I setup goautodial.
I created the campaign, agents, uploaded leads, create Lead Recycling, add status on the campaign , etc

everything is working fine,

the only problem we have is on the campaign said "This campaign has 0 leads to be dialed in those lists but the hopper have leads " but we have leads on the hopper . appear like only show "New leads" but it not show the recycle leads, so when we are out of new leads it said "0" even when we still have recycle leads to call. well even saying "0" dialed lead our hopper is still full with Recycle leads so we are ok on that, but is annoying not know how many real leads we have by real

anyone can help me on this?

Thank you

don't use "lead recycling" at all. you must reset the list to re-dial leads (which is not "recycling", which should be turned off).

When you finish dialing all the NEW leads, you reset the list and add more "dialable statuses" to your CAMPAIGN. Note that in the campaign you have only "Dial Status: NEW" listed ... that means the campaign will only load NEW leads into the hopper. If you want other statuses to load, you must add them to the dialable statuses list.

Welcome to the Party 8-)

I also recommend you install with "Vicibox.com" instead of Goautodial. You'll get a much more recent version of the software. And a manual (PDF if I recall) to install. After you are done with the installation, the Vicidial Manager's Manual (on EFLO.net) is a great resource. I recommend downloading the free version and reading it until you've memorized it. And my best advice ever: Install this software a dozen times! It's Free. Get used to it. Never fear the reinstall. You could be making money with this software for the next 10 years, being afraid of a reinstall because you think there's Magic in there somewhere will stunt your learning curve. Grab a spare crappy old PC (or VMware or Virtualbox install, both of which are also free) and install it dozens of times from Vicibox.com until you are Very Comfortable with it. Your life will be much more calm after that. 8-)
