How to configure goautodial?

When logging in to the phone. It demonstrates error message "Sorry, Phone login and password will not be active in this technique. Try again" But i configured everything. And what is the system requirements regarding installing goautodial and vicidialnow. Please support me friends.

The name of the software is Vicidial. GoAutoDial is an "Installer" for the Vicidial software. Another installer is "Vicibox.com" which installs a later version of Vicidial (I recommend using the latest version, of course).

There is a Manual for installation of Vicibox on the Vicibox.com website (I believe it is a PDF). There is a manual for Vicidial itself on EFLO.net. The FREE version of the Vicidial Manager's Manual is required reading before asking for support. Primarily because it has a step-by-step tutorial which will likely answer your basic questions. If you experience a problem getting your server to work, tell us the page and line number where you hit a snag and we'll help you through it!
