The name of the software is Vicidial. GoAutoDial is an "Installer" for the Vicidial software. Another installer is "Vicibox.com" which installs a later version of Vicidial (I recommend using the latest version, of course).

There is a Manual for installation of Vicibox on the Vicibox.com website (I believe it is a PDF). There is a manual for Vicidial itself on EFLO.net. The FREE version of the Vicidial Manager's Manual is required reading before asking for support. Primarily because it has a step-by-step tutorial which will likely answer your basic questions.
