External calls not working

Hi,

I am new to GoAutoDial. I have successfully installed GoAutoDial from ISO and IP address is also updated. I have registered my carrier as well. Problem is that I am able to make internal calls (extersion to extension) but I am not able to make calls to public numbers (mobile or landline ... ) for any country.

I just want to use this for internal and external calling and hence Campaign and other complex features are not required.I am using xLite softphone and Matrix hardphone for communication.

Please suggest/help.

post the dialplan you are using to dialout via your registered carrier.
also post the cli log for calls you make
