Multi Lead option is disabled in gotoaudial 3.0

Hi, I need use the Multi Lead option in gotoaudial 3 but is disabled in admin campain.
I activated this option in database but don't work.
Can someone help me with this configuration please?

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) If you believe that this option is disabled in GoAutoDial (as opposed to Vicidial), you should find the link for the Vicidial unaltered web pages (those are still installed, just not linked to from the provided pages ... usually in http://servername/vicidial/welcome.php

4) If, however, you believe that they are disabled in Vicidial, this post should be in the "Support" forum board instead of the "GoAutoDial" board. The Goautodial board is for Installer related questions (as Goautodial is the installer for Vicidial!).

5) Please post little more detail regarding your statement "disabled in admin campaign". I'm not sure I understand: Are you saying that it is greyed out and you cannot select it? Or you chose it and it did not work ...? You said you "activated it in the database" ... Did you actually change this in the mysql asterisk database? Or in the Admin-> System Settings? Which page (url) and setting (list the name of the field) did you change?

6) If you read the Vicidial Manager's Manual it has a detailed description of the Multi-lead system. And how to activate it. It's a bit tricky from what I recall.
