Vtigercrm on Goautodial

Hi guys how did Goautodial integrate vtigercrm on Vicidial since the script code for integration is already old only

Vtiger510_vicidial_002_noclose.patch

which is intended for vtigercrn version 5.1.0 adn goautodial uses vtigercrm 5.4 already the latest version, Any help how did the patch work somehow.Thanks

There is currently no patch for VtigerCRM 5.4. You can perhaps modify the old patch to make it work for 5.4?

So goautodial did somehow modified patch to worked with vtigercrm5.4 which comes on the goautodial bundle..?

Goautodial installs Vicidial and recently has some nice wizards to assist in configuring Vicidial and some pretty reports not available in Vicidial ... but to my knowledge has never had an integration between vTiger and Vicidial other than what is in Vicidial. Remember that Vicidial is the dialer software and goautodial is the installer for Vicidial.

Vicidial, on the other hand, has an integration with vTiger from version 5.1 (which you are familiar with based on your post) and does not have a patch available for any later versions of vTiger.

We modified an early version of Vicidial 2.4 to work with vTiger 5.2 a long time ago. But to date we have not modified a 5.4 integration with Vicidial. And The Vicidial Group has no maintained this particular integration since the sponsor of the patch dropped out back in 5.1 days.

So as far as I know, Goautodial uses the standard vTiger 5.1 integration built into Vicidial and always has, since goautodial is not a fork but a distribution method of Vicidial. So far.
