HOW TO use astguiclient UI Setup IVR survey campaign?

thanks everyone!

I want to do with IVR Survey, how does the configuration?
In the DTMF tones when you can record it? How to save the user to use the phone DTMF key it?

The Vicidial Managers Manual (available at EFLO.net, free and paid versions both available) has a step by step procedure for a survey campaign.

There is also logging of button presses available in later versions of Vicidial.

Note that Vicidial is the Dialer software you are using. Goautodial is the INSTALLER for Vicidial. You can also install Vicidial with Vicibox (on Vicibox.com). Vicibox has the advantage of being supported by all Vicidial professionals whereas Goautodial has a limited following of support professionals (we're good, but there are more for the main Vicidial core supporters). Vicibox also installs the latest SVN developer version of Vicidial if you ask it to during installation, whereas Goautodial is usually a full release behind. At present, Goautodial seems to be fairly up-to-date, however, and it does have the pretty screens. But you are using a very old version of both Goautodial and Vicidial. You can upgrade from Goautodial 2.0 to 2.1 and then from 2.1 to 3.0 to catch up, if you like. Directions are available in Gardo's wiki on the goautodial site.

An upgrade may get you that logging I was talking about for button presses in surveys if you find that it is unavailable in your version of Vicidial.
