Inbound calls

Hi,
I've got goautodial 3.0, but using old vicidial setting page as found it more useful.
My question reagrds incoming calls. I have set up a blended campaing (for inbound and outbound)
but when my incoming call hits a state where all the agents are busy, i can hear some english announcement
and then a long silence until one of my agents becomes available. I need to put a "waiting for call" dialtone
otherwise callers will hang up thinking they are disconnected.
I also tried to find an option to transfer an incoming call to my other pbx in case if no agents are available on
vicidial inbound campaign or a caller is waiting too long as all the agents are busy at that time.

Will be grateful fo any help.
Regards.

Thanks for your responce :)
It looks like there's no music on hold. At least i can swap "sip-silence.gsm" with my own file having a normal dialtone :)
