Hi Team!

Software Used for Dialer Installation is:

GoAutoDial 2.1 Distro
Vicidial SVN 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici
DAHDI 2.4.1
CentOS 5.6
No extra softwre/hardware used

I setup a DID, Inbound and Outbound campaigns. Everything is working perfect.
Problem is when I try to Transfer a call to an external number (919700357062) with DIALWITHCUSTOMER option
the external phone number not ringing. Below is the CLI

[Mar 28 22:07:54] NOTICE[14492]: chan_local.c:599 local_call: No such extension/context x19700357062@default while calling Local channel
[Mar 28 22:07:54] NOTICE[14492]: channel.c:3612 __ast_request_and_dial: Unable to call channel Local/x19700357062@default

Kindly help me in setting up the call transfer.

Regards,
Muralimohan Adupa

Also look at your 3-way dial prefix (and your manual dial prefix while you're in there). You'll probably find that there's a challenge in one or both. Click on the (?) next to each if you're not sure about them.

It's safest to use the same thing in all, but I NEVER recommend using "x" in any of them. Or "X". I highly recommend you institute an actual dial prefix such as "9" so you can have multiple carriers installed and use them all at the same time. Also, there are some old code areas that "assume" a dial prefix, although I haven't bumped into one of them recently. Maybe you just did, though. 8-)
