Robo Calls - Voice Broadcastinf

Hi,

I have Goautodial install ce 2.1

I want to do a voice blasing campaign using go auto dial,

is it possible to do so using GOauto dial if so how can do a voice blasting , do i have to create a new dial plan application ?

Any insight would be of great help.

Download the Vicidial Manager's Manual from EFLO.net (goautodial is an INSTALLER for Vicidial, the actual software is Vicidial!).

You can also install the same dialer software from Vicibox.com and install a cleaner version, with less 'GOAUTODIAL!!!' logos on it.

However, goautodial does have some nice wizards that can make life simpler ... but it cannot be easily "clustered" (Multi-Server Install). Which makes blasting a problem because you will run into a call-limit based on your hardware. But with a vicibox install ... you follow the instructions and can have multiple servers all controlled from the first one. So no real limits (well, there are some, but it'll be more than ONE server, LOL).

In Vicidial it is not called "blasting" it's called "Survey". Note that a survey just means you'll be playing a recorded message. What happens after that is based on how you configure the survey campaign (transfer to an agent? hang up? play another recording? post a record on a web page? whatever).
