Problems with new GoAutoDial installation following yum guid

Hello I followed this guide 2 times without problems: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/64bit
I performed 2 separate installs.

I think this installer does not end up giving you a complete install, I am facing the following issues.

1) All phones are configured in admin panel from 8001 to 8020. -- All good
2) No entries in sip.conf
3) sip-vicidial.conf is emty, only 57 bytes.
4) extenions-vicidial.conf is empty, only 64 bytes.
5) I don't see any CRON job running.
6) Creating a new phone in the GoAutoDial admin panel does create a phone in the system (database) but does not create an entry in any config file, when I try to register with a SIP phone I get : NOTICE[6718]: chan_sip.c:16835 handle_request_register: Registration from '<sip:8001@X.X.X.X>' failed for 'X.X.X.X' - No matching peer found

I followed this guide step by step, I did not miss anything.

What's wrong with this installation script?

During the installation, did you see any errors or packages that refused to install?
