Voicemail

Hi,

Our office hour is 9am to 5 pm, we have to configure inbound calls between 9am - 5pm, after 5pm voicemail message need to play and record voicemails instead of IVR.

I have configured IVR and set call time as 9am to 5pm but i don't know how to change voicemail message after 5pm automatically. I read manager manual fully but no idea i got.

Please help me anyone..

You need to change the 'after hours action' setting on the inbound group to 'voice mail' then use the voice mail chooser to designate your 'after hours voice mail box'.
