Soft Phones not Regestering

My Vici dialer crashed yesterday. It is back up but we are not able to log in. I use Eyebeam softphones and they will not register at either office. My vici tech no longer works for me so I am at a complete stand still. Can somebody instruct me or is there a tech looking for support work? what error you are getting in eyebeam display
like timeout , login failed Forbidden

also post sip show peers output from the asterisk cli.
or

asterisk -rx "sip show peers"
