I want to know how I can make it work "Auto Alt-Number Dialing," so that when the status of the tagging is the alternate phone drop jump, only jumps if the statuses is NA, B, N, DC.

Don't know if this exist in goautodial but in vicidial its under "Campaigns" -> "Auto-Alt Dial" -> here you can add statuses for every campaign that will trigger the system to dial the alt phone.
and under campaign detail settings "Auto Alt-Number Dialing" you can choose what fields that got alt numbers
