SVYCLM no dialstatus in Campaing or in system status

hi all
i am running survey campaign with Call menu to capture the customer input

i have noticed some calls with status as SVYCLM.
i have redial those status having SVYCLM.

but i couldnt see such status in Campaing as well in System statuses.

is it bug or i am missing something
