Dialplan Entry
exten => _1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,2,Dial(SIP/AlcazarNetIDID1/${EXTEN})
exten => _1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,3,Hangup

Hi Good day!

It will be much helpful if every time you post you will state your installation process with the details and build of your installed box. Anyway, as seen on your dialplan it is not correct that's why prompt "THAT IS NOT A VALID EXTENSION" is heard. What the system dials is seen below does it is routed to exten 's':

Starting Local/8600051@default-00000040;1 at default,119514500121,1 failed so falling back to exten 's' ------- to correct this you can add another 1 on your dialplan. so it should look like this:

Dialplan Entry
exten => _11[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _11[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,2,Dial(SIP/AlcazarNetIDID1/${EXTEN})
exten => _11[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.,3,Hangup

Hope this could help! Cheers! :)

Hi, it does simply means that the system is still not using the dialplan. Have you tried to reload the dialplan once it was changed? Also make sure that the dialplan entry was in the default context as this would be the dialplan being used by the agent login in the system.

Cheers! :)

I did all of that, but when I dial a number it still gives that error

the dialled number is not matching the dialplan
try the below dialplan

exten => _11[2-9]XXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _11[2-9]XXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/AlcazarNetIDID1/${EXTEN},,Ttor)
exten => _11[2-9]XXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

once apllied the above dialplan
reload the asterisk (type dialplan reload in asterisk cli)

then type dialplan show 119514500121@default.
