Hi team,

goautodial version 3.3 64bit

i am using AIRTEL internet connection with with Dlink 2730u router , i have static IP(120.180.**.**) which is configure in Dlink router, my GOAUTODIAL IP (192.168.*.**), i purchesed Tollfree number from tollfreeforwding(dot)com. i have setup my campaign for inbound calls. i also setup my tollfree to route call to my static ip. but nothing happen,plz help me to setup my Dlink router to work with my goautodial

login to your dlink router and Do Port forwarding for the below ports to your goautodial server

SIP 5060 UDP
RTP 10000 to 20000 UDP

now it wokring
i have installed 3.3 goautodial
call in Queue not showing in agent panel
please help me
