Creating a script for predictive mode

Hi all,
I'm new here. I'm using ViciDialNow - GoAutoDial since short time.
I have 15agents but the predictive mode still place calls too slowly, sometimes avg wait time is over 3 minutes.
Autodial mode is too aggressive an I want drop call are not over 5%
Someone can help me in well tuning this campaign or writing a predictive script.
