GoAgent very slow and data doesn't appear in the form

Hi All,

i have some slowdowns of working goagent when the call arrive to the telephone the web screen goagent doesn't populate the fields, or populate after 30 seconds.
This is big issue for us because the operator doesn't see any information of caller for 30 second and manage call is very difficult.

Someone have idea what happens?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I check the process of server and i find mysql to 270% and then i check the table and all log table are 2 milions and more of record, but in crontab i have the script for optimize mysql and archive all log table native of vicidial but doens't work because the tables are empty!!!

Any idea?

I archivied vicidial_log table and the server go down to 20-30% of load !!! Because a lot of query relative to goautodial screen are in vicidial_log table and have 2 and more record!!!

i hope help anyone to understand that distro require a lot of developed because all query must do on _archive tables insted _log and the archive operation must be default.

Consider upgrading to the latest version of Vicidial. It has a "Search Archived Data" checkbox on many reports.

If you re-install with Vicibox (Available at Vicibox.com) and then upgrade your database to match the new Vicidial version, you'll have the most recent Vicidial and all your data.
