Hello Guys,
i found a solution for that.
1) Create a "IN-Group" with select all Agents and music holds
2) Create a "IVR Call Menu" and set menu to "IN-Group"
3) Create a Broadcast Camp with option "Call Menu" and set "IVR Call Menu"
now customer ring - customer pickup and say hello, AMD pass and play greeting message === OK
when customer press 1 or any key , call hangup .

after see error you may need to know my IVR Call Menu ID is
"1011"
