When we will get updated version of VicidialNow as at present Asterisk 1.4 and Vicidial 2.0.4 has updated, so there is any specific rollout for those or any solution where we can upgrade directly from present Release of VicidalNow 1.0

Until everyone is using asterisk 1.4 for vicidial then we will upgrade to 1.4 . as for 2.0.4 it will be included on the next release.

Will be updating the vicidialNOW to 2.0.4 soon but not with asterisk 1.4 yet. Will keep you posted for the new releases.

I'm not in a hurry to recommend a standard Asterisk 1.4.X installation for VICIDIAL until Digium itself starts using it for it's Business Edition of Commercial Asterisk. It is still based on the 1.2 codebase.

I have installed successfully VicidialNow and it looks quite awesome, but I need to put this on Semi-Production Where Can I check complete features and other issues. I would like to be thankful if Anyone can suggest me for configuration where to start? Or is there any complete guide which i can refer and I can configure it for production including activating phones, agents etc...

We have Sip Dialer of EyeBeam with Licence version.

No, you need to purchase that in order for you to properly use VICIDIAL.

Purchasing VICIDIAL Agent and Manager's manual is essential for people who will going to use the Dialer. It have tutorials and explanations on how to use it and will significantly reduce the amount of my generic reply to every questions that are answerable by getting the manuals.

You are already using a free software and now it is auto installed for you. You can help the developer of this wonderful FREE DIALER by purchasing the manuals.

If you are still considering the purchase of the manuals, then I will also consider when to answer your questions.

I doesn't mean that what you understood. I have already gone through the free samples and its quite okay, but I Don't have index of Manual what it contains. IF it contains information what next I need to do after successfully installing VicidialNow then definately I will purchase it, so I would be really thankful to you if you can provide me index of manual. I am afraid to purchase as I have already wasted around $2000 in Year 2006-2007 with some consultants who has promised much and deliver nothing workable to me. I really appreciate your initiative that you are suppling LIveCD for VicidialNow, so atleast those people are not making full by charging on Installation only and then they have no responsibility whether it works or not.

Anyway If still you need that I should Purchase then definately in next week i will purchase.

Manager manual covers adminstrative task related to vicidial.

It does not cover technical issues

And maybe you should pay attention to which consultant you hire, and make a contract with him/her about what to deliver and what service you want..

Please excuse my slight off topic, I wondered how you prefer to "waste" $2k on that, and doubt to support the CREATORS of this brilliant FREE dialer, by spending $100-150. Of course you should do that when you are satisfied, but until then please don't discuss it in such manner.
Even if you don't use the manual at all, which manual is very handy when starting configuring VICIDIAL for first time.

When I started installing it 3 months ago I had 0 asterisk and 0 linux experience. 1 month later we had fully working system in production. So I believe other can do it too, just takes some reading.
And now you even have vicidialnow project, which does the most for you.

Yes if you know what you are doing..

I would not recommend it, since you dont know what changes or loads on the system other software does make...

So just use vicidialnow on this server

And its not recommended to use a GUI on asterisk server
