manual dial error

i've installed vicidialnow and i can use x-lite to dial,but i can not use manual dial and Predictive Dialing through
http://192.168.1.2/agc/vicidial.php.

your dial code should be "1" if dialing a long distance US number from within the US
it shows as "86"
and the number you are dialing seems to be 0994114 ... should that be a 10 digit number (area code, then 7 digit number)? such as 4075551212
You say you can dial out using X-lite ... are you dialing "86099414"? because thats what i'm seeing on your screen shot.
