Vicidialnow TE122P Card

i am trying to install TE122P card on vicidial but it gave error when i modprobe wcte12xp ( ZT_SPANCONFIG failed on span 1: no such device or address (6)
i am able to install card on fedora core 3 but not on vicidialnow. Any help?
lspci is showing card but there is no entry in /proc/zaptel
