[solved]my zaptel card can't read incoming call's callerid

my zaptel card can't read the incoming call's callerid.
my zapta.conf as follows:
/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf:

when a incoming call, i grab the info:

CALLERID(num) is mess code. why?
