Dial Timed out Contact your system administrator

hi can anyone tell me this, pop up message :


the conversation is going on and then i will pop up dial timed out contact your system administrator. then suddenly the conversation cuts off.

pls help me with this.....

Does this occur on all calls?

How far into the call does this happen?

In the Asterisk CLI do you see an Answer signal being received on the conversation?

yes matt this affect on all calls.

heres the asterisk cli output:

The call will last approximately 50 seconds including the start of the dialing.

pls help me with this matt. thanks a lot.

i am using sip provider.

Have you tried using a full URL in the SIP dial string?
