Agent Login Error Help

I am getting this error when I log into the agent page

Login Error
Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again:
Phone Login: Phone Password:
VERSION: 2.0.129 BUILD: 70322-1545

I am using vicidialnow. The soft phones registers and can dial out fine. I can load leads with no problems, at this point this is the only issue I am haveing. Please help. It would be greatly appreciated. I have some Linux, and Asterisk experience.

did you created phone / user logins in adming page ?

Yes exactly like the instruction in the mangers tutorial. I set up a couple different users to try them and no joy. Thanks would love to get this up.

Go to the admin link

click on the phones

Set the phones to Active

Thank you. I knew it was something simple. I assume I should have purchased the "full manager tururial" Next it is time to test dialing etc. Thanks
