Hello Every body .

Some body will doe favour regarding the message.

When Log as agent in astgui client after loging the message appears.
"sorry there are no available session".

Please help me regarding the problem.

have you edited extensions.conf with your phone setting ?
something like :

[firefly01]
type=friend
accountcode=firefly01
context=default
auth=plaintext
host=dynamic
permit=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
secret=test
disallow=all
allow=gsm
qualify=yes

Are you using any tdm cards for timing? If not try recompiling zaptel with ztdummy module enabled.

Hi Guys,
I faced the same problem while I installed the vicidial on Virtual PC 2007 to show the facilities of vicidial in front of my company. Through this post I came to know the problem. Now I am going to install on a physical machine. If still problem persist I will give the feedback.

We really don't recommend installing VICIDIAL on virtual machines.
