I have some questions about the DB of the Vicidial.

In the Agent Interfarce apears the field COMMENTS. What i write in this space, In what field does it apear? In the Field Comment? This question seems to be very easy but i have this doubt becouse when a load the list of the clients, i write some information in the field comment and this is show in the field Show of the Agent Interfarce.

Also, i want to know what exactly is the field Vendor Lead Code and Source Code. Would you explain me, please?
