Hi,
I recently install Vicidial Now. A test campaign has being seted up and I can call between extensions. But when I tried to call a lead I get the message "that is not a valid extension".
I changed 9 prefix for X, the problem persist.
I maded several changes to my extensions.conf and a I added a sip trunk to my sip.conf, which appear registered.
When I login as an agent, my xlite rings and the conf session begin with a message "you are the only person ...". I tried to find related topics in this forum but no succes.
Needs help to make a sip outbound call through VCdial.
Thanks in advanced for your support.
Rgds.

Check your database and make sure you have entries in conferences, vicidial_conferences, and in the meetme.conf file in /etc/asterisk

Fixed a similar issue for me. Also make sure all IP's are updated and correct.

There is nothing in the dialplan that can match this dialstring:
