Vicidialnow and Raid

Has anyone experienced problems loading VicidialNow with any raid configuration? I have tried with several pc's and servers and can't get it to completley install, but when I delete raid, all works great. Any thoughts? Thanks I do have two sytems up (non raid) with 10 agents on both working great this is a fantastive program. Thanks ALL

You can install the *OS* on these machines with RAID, but not the app?

Where does your install fail *exactly*? What sort of RAID? Which OS, VD and VDN versions are you working with?
