app_dial.c:1076 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'sip' (cause 3 - No route to destination)

i'm trying to call extensions, i'm connected to IAX2 provider, local phones are connected to box thru sip, when agent logins to campaign, vicidial does'nt call the extension.

any help or suggestions? please.

If your uplink is IAX, then my snap answer is that either

a) you have a thinko in your dialplan somewhere that's trying to send calls out via SIP instead of your IAX trunks, or

b) someone's trying to make a call *in* that the dialplan wants to extend to an agent, but all the agents are on the phone logged in.

You're going to need to post some surrounding logging for us to get a better idea.
