outbound manual dial campaign ..Agent phone doesnt ring

Hi,

I have an outbound manual dialing campaign. Agent can press the manual dial and call gets established "Live Call" but the agent phone doesn;t ring or get connected to the live call.

using free xlite softphone.

Can any one help?

Is your softphone set up in the phones table?

Do you have some Asterisk CLI output for when you login?
