realtime phones/users

If I create a new phone, also I need to create it by hand in sip.conf.
it's possible change it to realtime SIP phones using mysql engine. So, I only need GUI for create and/or delete phones.

Hopefully someone contributes the code for this. It's a bit tedious adding phones on the VICI admin and on the Asterisk side.

I would prefer not to use Asterisk-Realtime due to load concerns, but as for using only the web GUI, we are working on this...
